Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our global network of fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates measured from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Remote or rural areas may experience additional transit time.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and you will be notified for each.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.

FTC Compliance

In accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country's government. These charges are separate from our product prices and shipping fees.

Customer Responsibility

All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. CURATED has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they vary by country, product category, and declared value.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a return within our return window.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate or personal care items (opened)
  • Health and beauty products (opened or used)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@curatedguild.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In that case, we will cover return shipping or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue. We will offer a full replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item in most cases.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item is returned with signs of use, missing parts, or not in its original packaging.
  • The return is initiated after the 30-day return window but within 45 days (at our discretion).

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank — there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
  3. Contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card company).
  4. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@curatedguild.com.

Order Cancellation

Before Processing

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not already entered processing. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@curatedguild.com with your order number.

After Processing

Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partners, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return per our Returns & Exchanges policy above.

Refund for Cancellations

Successfully cancelled orders receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
